Birthday Alarm automatically reminds you of colleagues' birthdays and provides easy ways to send birthday wishes with pre-designed images. Never miss an opportunity to celebrate your team members and build stronger workplace relationships.

Using Birthday Alarm
Method 1: Today's Tab Notification
Navigate to Today Tab
Open EasyDo Tasks app and navigate to the Today tab.
View Birthday Banner
At the top of your task list, you'll see a birthday notification banner.
This appears when someone has a birthday today.
Access Birthday Wishes
Tap the banner to access birthday wish options.
Select Birthday Image
Choose a pre-designed birthday wish image from categories:
- Clients: Professional birthday wishes
- Colleagues: Workplace-appropriate wishes
- Friends: Friendly birthday messages
- Kids: Fun, colorful designs
- Others: Additional categories
Send Birthday Wish
Once you've chosen an image, tap the Send button.
Your birthday wish is sent to the recipient.
Method 2: Chat Birthday Icon
Open Chat
Open a chat with the person whose birthday it is.
Find Birthday Icon
You'll notice a birthday cake icon next to the person's chat or at the top of the chat.
Tap Birthday Icon
Tap on the birthday cake icon.
A pop-up appears showing "[Person's Name]'s Birthday".
Send Birthday Wish
Tap on Send Birthday Wish.
Choose an image from the options and tap Send.
Your birthday wish is sent!
