Notes & Reminders

Notes & Reminders help you capture important information and never forget critical tasks or events. This feature allows you to create personal notes, set reminder alerts, attach files, and organize your thoughts—all integrated into your daily workflow.

Creating Notes & Reminders

Open EasyDo Tasks App

Launch the app on your phone.

Access Notes & Reminders

Tap on the plus icon at the right corner of the screen.

From the options, tap on Notes and Reminder.

Create New Note

Tap on the plus icon at bottom right corner of the screen.

The note creation form opens.

Enter Title

Give a title to your note and reminder.

Examples: "Client Meeting Prep", "Follow Up - Project X", "Buy Office Supplies"

Add Note Details

Tap on Note Here and write down additional information.

Include:

  • Details about the reminder
  • Context or background
  • Action items
  • Important information

Set Reminder Date and Time

Tap on Add Reminder option.

Set date and time for when you want to be reminded.

Reminder Options:

  • Specific date and time
  • Recurring reminders
  • Multiple reminders for same note

Add Attachment (Optional)

Attach files to your note:

  • Documents
  • Images
  • Links
  • Other relevant files

Save Note

After filling all information, click Save.

Your reminder is saved and appears in the notes and reminder list.
