Create Tags

Tags help you organize and categorize tasks, meetings, groups, and other content for better management and quick filtering. Create custom tags that match your workflow and apply them across different features.

Creating Tags

Open EasyDo Tasks App

Launch the app on your phone.

Access Settings

Click on the Settings button.

The profile screen appears.

Open Tags

On the profile screen, under the General section, tap the Tags option.

The tags screen appears showing existing tags.

Create New Tag

Within the tags screen, tap on Add New Tags option.

The create tag pop-up appears.

Enter Tag Name

Enter the name of the tag.

Tag Name Examples:

  • "Urgent"
  • "Project Alpha"
  • "Client Meeting"
  • "Personal"
  • "Follow Up"

Best Practices:

  • Keep names short and clear
  • Use consistent naming
  • Make tags meaningful
  • Avoid duplicates

Create Tag

After entering the name, tap on Create button.

Your tag is now created and available for use.

While Delegating Tasks:

  • Assign tags to tasks

Scheduling Meetings:

  • Tag meetings by type or project
