EasyDo Cloud Drive provides secure cloud storage for your documents, files, and reports, accessible from anywhere. With 1GB of storage space, organized folder structures, and seamless integration with all EasyDo 365 features, it's your central file repository for work documents.

Accessing Cloud Drive

Open Chat Screen

Open EasyDo Tasks app and navigate to any chat screen.

Open Cloud Drive

Tap on the cloud icon.

EasyDo Cloud Drive opens.

Company Folders

What You See:

  • Folders organized by company
  • Each company has its own folder structure

Managing Files and Folders

Creating New Folders

Access Add Button

Tap the plus add button.

Options menu appears.

Select Folder Option

Tap on Folder option.

Name Folder

Give a name to the folder.

Examples: "Project Alpha", "Q4 Reports", "Client Documents"

Create Folder

Tap Create.

Your new folder is created and ready for files.

Adding Files

Access Add Button

Tap the plus add button.

Choose File Source

Select where to add file from:

  • Files: From device storage
  • Photos and Videos: From gallery
  • Camera: Take new photo/video
  • Scan: Scan document

Select File

Choose the file you want to upload.

File uploads to current folder.

Accessing Saved Files

Company Folder Structure:

  1. Open the company folder where files are saved
  2. Navigate to specific folder (e.g., Reports)
  3. Open year folder (e.g., 2024)
  4. Open month folder (e.g., January)
  5. View all files saved for that period

Example Path: Company Folder > Reports > 2024 > January > [Files]

  • Tap on file to open
  • View documents, images, PDFs
