Open Chat Screen
Open EasyDo Tasks app and navigate to any chat screen.

Company Folders
What You See:
- Folders organized by company
- Each company has its own folder structure
- Shared company documents
- Department-specific folders
Folder Types:
- Reports: Company and employee reports
- Documents: Shared company documents

Managing Files and Folders
Creating New Folders
Select Folder Option
Tap on Folder option.
Adding Files
Access Add Button
Tap the plus add button.
Choose File Source
Select where to add file from:
- Files: From device storage
- Photos and Videos: From gallery
- Camera: Take new photo/video
- Scan: Scan document

Company Folder Structure:
- Open the company folder where files are saved
- Navigate to specific folder (e.g., Reports)
- Open year folder (e.g., 2024)
- Open month folder (e.g., January)
- View all files saved for that period
Example Path: Company Folder > Reports > 2024 > January > [Files]
