The meeting scheduler goes beyond simple calendar invitations. You can define meeting agendas, add detailed instructions, attach relevant documents, specify venues for in-person meetings, set up recurring meeting patterns, and track attendance confirmation—all within a single, intuitive interface. Participants receive instant notifications, can update their attendance status, and access all meeting materials directly from their mobile devices.

Scheduling Meetings - Primary Method
Open the Meeting Scheduler
Launch the EasyDo Tasks app on your mobile device and tap the plus icon (+) in the top right corner.
When the options menu appears, tap on Meet to open the meeting scheduling interface.
Select Meeting Participants
Choose who should attend the meeting from your contact list.
You can:
- Select individual contacts by browsing or searching
- Choose multiple participants for group meetings
- Add external contacts if they're in your system
The participant list determines who receives meeting invitations and notifications.
Choose Relevant Company

Choose Meeting Type: Virtual or In-Person
Use the Virtual Meeting toggle to select the meeting format:
For Virtual Meetings (toggle ON):
- Meeting link is automatically generated

For In-Person Meetings (toggle OFF):
- Toggle switches to "In-Person Meet" mode
- You'll be prompted to select a venue location

If you selected an in-person meeting, tap on Venue to specify the location:
- A map view opens showing your current area
- Search for Location: Use the search bar to find a specific address, building, or landmark
- Use Map Pointer: Alternatively, drag the map and position the pointer on your desired location
- Tap to confirm the selected venue
The exact location with map coordinates will be shared with all meeting participants, enabling easy navigation.
Add Meeting Details (Optional but Recommended)

Instructions:
- Tap + Instructions to add meeting context
- Provide background information, preparation requirements, or pre-reading materials
- Include dial-in numbers, passwords, or access codes if applicable
Agenda:
- Tap + Agenda to structure your meeting
- Add discussion topics, time allocations, and expected outcomes
- List agenda items in order of discussion

Recurring Meetings:
- Tap Repeat to set up a recurring meeting series
- Choose frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly
