Adding an Employee Tutorial

Learn how to quickly add new employees to your company in EasyDo 365. This tutorial walks you through the essential steps for employee registration.

Quick Employee Registration

Access Employee Registration

  1. Open the EasyDo Tasks app
  2. Navigate to the Company tab
  3. Go to Company Dashboard
  4. Tap on Register button
  5. Tap Add Employee button

Select Branch and Contact

Choose Branch: Select the branch from the dropdown menu

Select Contact:

  • If contact exists: Tap Select Contact and choose from list
  • If new contact: Enter contact information in the fields provided

Enter Basic Information

Fill in essential employee details:

  • Email Address: Enter employee's email
  • Employee Code: Unique employee ID
  • Date of Birth: Select using date picker
  • Designation: Employee's job title
  • Role: Choose authority level (1, 2, or 3)
  • Reporting Manager: Select from dropdown

Configure Working Hours

Set up employee's work schedule:

  • Working Days: Select applicable days
  • Working Hours: Set start and end times
  • Shifts: Choose between shifts if applicable

Set Salary Information

Define compensation details:

  • Salary Type: Select from dropdown
  • Salary Amount: Enter base salary
  • Allowances: Add and define allowances
  • Deductions: Configure deductions

Add Optional Details

Complete additional information:

  • UAN Number: Provident fund number
  • PF Number: Employee PF account
  • PAN Number: Tax identification
  • Date of Joining: Employment start date

Configure Attendance Settings

Set attendance requirements:

  • Mandatory Selfies: Enable if selfie required for punch-in
  • Attendance Locations: Set allowed locations (office, home, site)

Submit Employee Profile

Review all information and tap Submit in the top right corner to save the new employee profile.
