Setting Company Holidays
Complete guide to adding, managing, and organizing company holidays, public holidays, and regional celebrations
Setting Company Holidays
Managing company holidays effectively is essential for workforce planning, leave management, and payroll processing. EasyDo 365's holiday management system allows you to configure national holidays, regional festivals, company-specific off days, and branch-specific holidays—all in one centralized location. A well-maintained holiday calendar ensures employees know their time off in advance, managers can plan resources effectively, and attendance systems correctly calculate working days.
The holiday management module supports multiple holiday types to accommodate different organizational needs. You can mark public holidays that affect all locations, regional holidays specific to certain areas, and company-specific celebrations or closure days. Each holiday can be assigned to specific branches, making it perfect for organizations operating across different regions with varying holiday calendars.
The system integrates holiday data across all modules—attendance tracking accounts for holidays automatically, leave calculations exclude holiday days, and payroll processing handles holiday pay appropriately. Employees can view upcoming holidays in their dashboard, helping them plan personal time around company off days. The calendar provides visibility for the entire year, supporting better work-life balance and operational planning.
