Employee Reports

Employee reports provide individual team members with self-service access to their personal work data, enabling transparency and empowering employees to track their own performance, attendance, tasks, and financial information. Unlike company reports which are for administrators, employee reports focus on personal data that each employee can view, generate, and download for their own records.

The employee reporting module offers the same professional report types available to administrators, but scoped to the individual employee's data. This self-service capability reduces HR workload, improves employee satisfaction through transparency, and ensures employees have immediate access to the documentation they need for personal finance management, performance tracking, and career development.

Accessing Employee Reports

Open EasyDo Tasks App

Launch the app and log in with your employee credentials.

Tap on the Company tab.

Access Employee Dashboard

Select Employee Dashboard.

Open Reports Section

Tap on the Report section.

The report menu will appear with available report types.
